Comédien, bruiteur et musicien, Stéphane Anglio est né le 17 octobre 1977 à Albi.
Dès l’âge de 7 ans, il commence ses premiers pas dans le Human Beat Box (imitations vocales d'instruments de musique) en interprétant le célèbre "Billie Jean" de Michael Jackson.
Musicien depuis l'âge de 13 ans, il pratique plusieurs instruments (batterie, clavier, percussions, etc). Il s’affirme dans cette voie grâce à des études universitaires en musicologie et aux cours de chant lyrique de l’école Bertoli de Toulouse.
En 1998, il entame une carrière de comédien et devient l'un des 2 membres fondateurs du duo comique SteF & JiM. Le duo enflammera les scènes du Moulin Rouge à Paris, du Jamel Comedy Club, les 1ères parties d’ Anthony Kavanagh et plus de 1000 spectacles dans la France entière.
Il explorera définitivement l’art du Human Beat Box au sein du groupe « Human Box », produit par Thierry Ardisson, qui animera divers plateaux TV sur TF1 ( " Le Bigdil" ), M6 et MCM grâce entre autres au single « Funky Time ».
Stéphane Anglio concrétise le projet « Mythe Box » à Toulouse, via la production de l'album "Human Beat Box" un hommage 100% vocal aux artistes mythiques du XXème siècle (The Beatles, James Brown, U2, Michael Jackson, etc).
Le 1er extrait est "Don't be cruel" d'Elvis Presley...
En 2015, sort le single "Mutant beat Box" dont le clip est tourné à New York.
French comedian, human beat box and musician, Stephane Anglio « Mythe Box » born on October 17,1977 in Albi (France).
When he was 7 years old, he started practicing his human beat box, imitating Michael Jackson’s "Billie Jean".
He started to learn music at the age of 13 by playing keyboards, drums and later he got a scholarly study of music at University and at Bertoli Lyric school.
In 1998, he co-created french comic duo “SteF & JiM”. These artists has combined comedy, music, dance and Human Beatboxing into a modern cabaret format. They created their first show SteF and JiM on stage which previewed Canadian performer Anthony Kavanagh's one. Since march 07, they have been working appearing in the great Parisian Cabaret at "Le Moulin Rouge" but they have continued working for cruises, casinos and theaters in Europe.
As a virtuoso beatboxer, Stephane Anglio was formerly a member of "Human Box" which introduced the Human beat Box on several french TV shows.
As a musicien, He has worked on recording studio and composed many albums, soundtracks and above all, he produced the “Mythe Box” project, a tribute of these mythical artists from 20th century…
